A MESSAGE FROM THE HEAD
I am delighted to introduce Dame Alice Owen's School to you.
We are all extremely proud of our school, with its long history of academic excellence. Pupils of all abilities thrive in our challenging and supportive environment where our aim is to encourage personal individual success and to expect maximum commitment in all activities. Excellent examination results are important, but not enough. Our extra-curricular programme provides opportunities in music, sport, drama, public speaking and many other activities. All our pupils are expected to take advantage of this exciting provision.
At Dame Alice Owen's School, we nurture a sense of community. Pupils care for their own environment and work for many charities which support the less privileged. We believe that our pupils are hardworking, very involved and happy.
